Donna has worked on climate change for over two decades. She previously served as a member of the SBTi Technical Advisory Group (TAG) and the ICVCM Expert Panel. She served as a climate change negotiator for the United States at the State Department and has advised governments, philanthropies, and companies. Her goals in life align with Calyx's mission: to contribute to the well-being of people and to protect the planet.
Duncan co-leads Calyx Global, bringing executive leadership, strategy, and market expertise to drive trust and transparency in carbon markets. Before Calyx Global, he led Shell's growth as a leading global player in carbon markets, building one of the largest voluntary carbon market portfolios worldwide. He focuses on enabling companies to find and select high-quality carbon credit to reduce risk.
Deborah ensures the scientific integrity of Calyx Global's GHG ratings. She spent 25 years as an environmental sciences professor conducting global forest and climate research. She served as a science advisor to the U.S. Department of State and established SilvaCarbon, a US federal program for forest carbon measurement and monitoring. She has also served on AFOLU expert advisory committees for Verra, ACR and the ICVCM.
Ciska oversees technical due diligence for non-nature based project types. She is a former member of the UNFCCC CDM Methodology Panel, where she contributed to methodology development. With over 25 years of experience, she has led the development of renewable energy and energy-efficiency projects across Africa and Southeast Asia and advised governments and developers on carbon crediting projects.
Linda is a political and legal advisor specializing in international law, environmental governance, and human rights. She has over 16 years of experience across government, law firms, and NGOs. She consulted for major institutions, including the UN, World Bank, and GIZ, on environmental, gender and social safeguards. Before Calyx, Linda worked for the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the United Nations in Geneva.
Jennifer ensures operational excellence across Calyx Global's research and analytics team. She has over 15 years of experience implementing climate action and corporate sustainability. She has advised global institutions including the OECD, UN Environment Programme, and WBCSD. She served as Vice President at a US-based carbon project developer and Director of Sustainability at a global certification body.

GHG Panel Chair
Randall is a Director at Carbon Limits AS with more than 25 years' experience in carbon market policy and project development. He serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the Expert Panel of the Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Markets (ICVCM) and is a member of the World Bank's Article 6 Technical Expert Group. He also assesses crediting programs for the Carbon Credit Quality Initiative (CCQI).

SDG Panel Chair
Robert is an independent global change consultant and an expert on land use change, biodiversity conservation, and carbon finance. His research resulted in a practical approach for defining project-based SDG indicators, which serves as a basis for the Calyx Global SDG assessment framework. He is a trained biologist with experience as a carbon project developer across the world.

Daniela is the founder and director of Climate Law & Policy. She is an international expert on environmental, social, and governance safeguards and UN Sustainable Development Goals.
